After many tears and honest conversations, Randy and I have made the difficult and emotional decision to close both The Foxes Boxes and the TFB Externship Academy . Our final day will be October 30, 2020.

We will be open 11AM-6PM, Tue (10/13), Wed (10/14), Thu (10/15), closed on Friday (10/16). Then open Tuesday-Friday 11AM-6PM (October 20-23) and (October 27-30).

We will offer ONLINE ORDERING for PICK-UP ONLY. We will not be answering our phones during business hours or taking any payments at the door. All orders must be paid in advance through this online ordering menu.

While we make this transition there may be days with limited menu items. We appreciate your understanding.

We have been changed by this space and the people it has brought into our lives. We will feel such a void when we lock the doors for the last time. Thank you ALL for the love and the memories. You will be missed!

The Foxes Boxes, using the theme, “think outside, eat inside”, was dreamed up by the Fox Family in their quest to find affordable, creative, eateries that also embraced their passion for social causes.

The Foxes Boxes aims to become a B Corporation. A B Corporation is purpose-driven and benefits all stakeholders, not just shareholders. Being a certified B Corporation means that The Foxes Boxes believes we must be the change we seek in the world, that all business ought to be conducted as if people and place mattered, that through our products, practices, and profits we will aspire to do no harm and benefit all, and that we act with the understanding that we are each dependent upon another and thus responsible for each other and future generations.

The Foxes Boxes will partner with community organizations working with marginalized populations to provide on-the-job training that incorporates leadership development, relationship building, and strong interpersonal communication skills, generating a valuable workforce for the hospitality and service industry in our region. After participating in the “externship” program, employees will have the skills necessary to transition into permanent positions in the community.
The Foxes Boxes will embrace a diverse staff, with a mission to hire individuals motivated to improve their career options, as well as make a positive impact in their community. Instilling a passion for volunteerism and giving back, The Foxes Boxes team will be an asset to the social and economic development of Southeastern North Carolina.
